I really need to know who's number is this, since they have called about 20 TIMES in the last 3 days. I need to either report them, block them, I don't know. I'm not answering because I'm scared who could be harrassing me SO MUCH! Are these scammers or could it be more serious? Please help!

Just got a new phone, with a new number.  Haven't given the number to anyone except family.  I received an unsolicited call from 312 348-51 on my new cell phone today (Tuesday 5/25/10) after having received a call on Friday from 425 -562-3215 (this one is a collection agency).  I don't know how they got this number.  Must be trying to contact previous owner.  I see they do this to everyone.  Write you reps, or this will not stop!
