Nobody there when I answer. First time this number has called in about a week, but before that it called at least once a day. Never anyone there.

Got a call from this number early in the morning before it is legal for them to begin calling I just looked up the number and found nothing on them I tried calling the number back and it is apparently a collection agency

Calls and says nothing when I answer. You can hear breathing but no one talks then they hang up.

I got a call from this number, but I didnt answer it because I do not know this number. However, upon reading a previous encounter with this person Im glad I didnt pick up the phone.
