FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

I got a voicemail from a man with a foreign accent claiming that he had a certified check to pick up at the U.S. Postal Service. He identified himself as Omar Black. I did not return the phone call. Sounds like a scam.

Claimed related to car repair. Asking for location of my number after I told them wrong number.

I too am in ontario canada and recieved a call from this number like 2 minutes ago, googled it to see who the heck it was.

It's a little a little.

This number showed up on my home phone bill and said the total time call to this number was for 13 minutes. I never called this number and the phone company is charging me for this call (602)269-2001. Is there anything else that I can do?

This no. was often irritating us. we donot who was at other end
