Someone stole my credit card, ordered an item that was shipped to me. This telephone number was on the order receipt. I called the number, a woman answered, couldnt speak English. Dont know who this person is - I live in Houston.

they didnt say anything it was just dead air. I tryed to call back and it sayed 'your call can not be completted.'
