678-600-0004Received a call from this number to my cell phone, they did not leave a voicemail. They called my work number and sat on the line quietly. I called them back, turns out to be National Recovery Center. Alternative #'s. 770-234-0101888-234-5435

They were blocking their number, so I called the phone company and they put a charge on my line, so they had to identify their number in order for the phone call to go through.  They have called since August, but they don't talk, they just hang up on you. Today they called and it said would I accept a call from Marty and I wouldn't because I didn't recognize the phone number, so I hung up.  They have called about 15 or 16 times this month.  I'm just tired of it.Who is this?  Where are they calling from?
