Didn't know who it was.  Didn't pick up.

Just called my cell phone, no message left. I tried calling number back but a recorded message says the number is not in service. Strange.

A consumer user from Joliet, Illinois received an unsolicited call from 309-829-2143 and filed a complainted with the FCC

Called claiming to be from social security administration.

The person never speaks, and you can hear them moving and they hang up when you speak.

Called my cell, no message left.
