Millions Call

am receiving phoning at all times of day & evening just like a stalker.

Older female voice started speaking in spanish and then hung up after 3 seconds

keeps on textin and wont ztop

i got a call from this number but i didnt answer. i checked the messages and they left a message but it sounded realy funky, there realy isnt a way to discribe it. it almost sounds like they where haveing *py reception and where trying to hide their voices with something like on those shows where ppl want to hide their identity and it sounded likt it was a recording but played back very very slowly. this was very strange and i hope someone could shead some light on this, and maybe they can find out who it is better then i could from the message. because i couldnt hear anything but maybe a few things,

No message, was fem voicemail auto services asking me to leave my info. I never dealt with them

Two calls per day from this unknown phone number: 210-239-7889 nobody answers!!!

I received at text from 321-291-2586 stating with a link: Good day resume your request at - dasu.us/plya3z ?61We . Txt STOP to end. I called the number and a recording came on stating the number was not set up as of yet. Seems like a scam. I replied STOP, deleted the text, and blocked the number. I did not click on link.
