Millions Call

This person sent me a pic of some fat baby... not what i wanted to wake up and see.

I did not receive the call from the number but 4 papers in the mail stating that it's from IHC health solutions and they are acknowledging receipt of charges for my son from 3 years ago. The letters look fishy and tell me to call the number with any questions. I haven't called but got on IHC website and cannot find that number anywhere. Anyone know whose number this is and does it really belong to IHC?
