somebody with israeli accent puts the phone down & will not delete our name with their directory // fraudster pretending to be charity.

This person impersonated my brother trying to find my location and contact info. Many years ago there was a warrant out for this caller relating to a situation with a 'minor.'

Called cell, on do not call list, has called before, calling about someone elses house... i get a lot of these calls and texts going back years
