Calls but does not leave message

these people are trying to scam you out of money. dont give them ANY information.  It is definitly a phone scam and their trying to steal your identity.

I received 2 calls at home and 1 at work.  The caller would not identify himself but he was a foreign speaking gentleman.  He proceeded to tell me that he had been asked to call and brief me on my case because a lawsuit had been filed against me.  He told me I needed to provide him with my attorney's information and that if I did not cooperate with him, I would suffer the consequences.  I repeatedly asked where he was calling from and he finally hung up on me.

Callers claim to be ''Hello, this is Michelle with cardholder services, calling in reference to your current credit card accounts. As a preferred customer, you are now eligible for interest rates as low as 6.9 percent on all of your credit card accounts. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates as little as 6.9 percent. Your eligibility expires shortly so please $h!t or visit by our notice. Press the number 3 to discontinue further notices. Plus press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate. Thank you. Have a great day.'' this kid wont leave me alone he is harassing me

called on cell phone--left no message. This doesn't help much but it's what I've got to contribute. Perhaps others receiving calls from this number can contribute more meaningful information.
