Rec'd Aug 8th, 2010.. 2341 hours/ 11:41 pmLine felt 'open' and there was mild static. A woman answered my husbands hello.. 'Hello? What are you doing? Can you hear me?' When we asked, several times with NO answer, who was speaking. she offered that she had a wrong number and hung up.The area code tells me Washington, USA...perhaps Seattle? But there does not seem to be a related prefix ( the 436) associated with same.? Very odd.

Thought it was a phone no. of someone I know. There was a long pause before 'Derek' from the 'auto processing center' said anything. He was purportedly calling about my car. It has been paid off for years, and there's nothing wrong with it. I hung up on 'Derek' without comment.
