It was a pre-recorded message stating before the situation gets taken to legal matters but there was no company name

I got a call from this number, and when I called back a little over an hour later, it was disconnected as well. Seems strange since I have no connections to Virginia or that area.

Received call from 'unknown caller' with pre-recorded message for a political rally.    RSVP was to be made to this number.    The pre-recorded message was sent 'calling party control' i.e. I couldnt hang up and get a dial tone until the recording was completed - thus causing a delay in making an outgoing emergency call.    When I called the RSVP number to complain all I got was another pre-recorded message asking me to leave RSVP info in voice-mail.
