Millions Call

we got this ring & picked up this. this is a automated voice stating that we could get a lower interest rate on our visa. we could press 1 to accept the sell or two to not get any more rings with the. we put the phone down. 2 weeks later we had the identical ring. we hung up, subsequently rang visa. Visa assured us that these people aren't the ones phoning. however these people did lower our interest rate!

someone is calling my niece from this number and she doesn't know anyone from that number and I wanted to know who's phone number it is. It's a man calling.
