Keep calling me for no reason

got ring around 1:30 pm earlier today that ended up leaving no msg. this is put on reject directory.

I had just purchased a new car 5 weeks prior; called attempting to sell me an extended warranty.

THIS was supposedly A FAX MACHINE & we GET rings ON our mobile FREQUENTLY. we cant DETERMINE exactly what BUSINESS this was COMING with

I keep getting calls from this number. I am unable to call back as the line will not ring when I try to call. I have no idea what they are all about.

This persons name name id diana cuebas and she is harrassing my tenants and she has been doing this for a year with several differnt phones . I do wish to take these matters to the proper authorites as soon as possible.
