This is a solicitation call from the Police Protective Fund. Apparently, they use local numbers to ask for contributions to support local police officers and their families. In this case, the area code is assigned to Nashville, TN and adjacent areas. A local TV station investigated the organization and found that almost all funds go to their own expenses and virtually none to actually help the families.

Called, hanged up in first two seconds of first ring. Call back, they say their auto warranty services and to press 1 to opt out of their calling list. Call For warding.
