Millions Call

Calls often, always a short 2-3 second call with loud music deep in the background before hanging up on me. Not sure what the deal is but they never speak so I cant get info on why they are doing this.

i got charged 500 dollars in two days by a company that uses this number. it is supposed to be a secure switch line for secure phone conversations. i stopped using the service months ago and just got charged $250 twice in two days.

text message on cell phone from this number claiming prize of $1000 gift card from Walmart

I have repeatly told Capital One Auto Finanace that they have have the wrong number. I have never had or will have a loan from this people.

Calls and leaves no message

I have received several calls from this number. I answer and I get a recording saying if you are Penny Wilson press 1, if you are not Penny Wilson press 2. I press 1 and nothing happens. My question is, is it typical that a debt collection company would some how get a local number to call you at? This is local and when I google it, it says it is located in my city. Anyone have a clue?? Is this a new tactic?
