i called them back knowing obama does not just hand out 5000.00 and of course they wanted 190.00 i told them they were being recorded and i was calling the police. they hung up . hmmm i wonder why

I keep getting calls from this number, the area code seems to be somewhere in Tx. They don't speak English, nor does it sound like Spanish. The tone is angry and loud. My husband answered once and yelled at them to stop calling--which only made them call more often. I was sent a text message, but, am not sure what language it was. I did not save it.
