I believe this is a fraudulent law firm trying to say they have an affidavit that a loan was defaulted..i.e pay day advance. they keep calling me from different numbers around the state. they are not English speaking. I.E Indian accents..beware. I believe it is a scam!

The caller was a Hispanic woman speaking only Spanish. I get a lot of those because of my name. I repeatedly asked who was calling until she hung up, apparently looking for Spanish-speaking customers. I am registered with the NoCall Registry and I will be reporting the number.
