This Newbury Park VOIP number attempted an illegal contact and left no message on the answering machine. Since robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) and other predators do this all the time, it's best to LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

These folks are a pain. Block them if you can. I call screened them and they reappeared 3 months later.

The bill collector provided me the option to pay up. The robocall never told me how much I owed. When I chose the number to talk a rep the recorded voice said that no one available. The calls come more than several times a week.
