Received call just before noon 3/9/18. I answered and said hello 3 times only to have a male robo voice say "goodbye". I hung up and called the number back and I received a message that stated this was a Verizon number and had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

Keeps calling cell phone wout leaving message, not gonna waste minutes on a number i dont recognize.
