Suspect a scam robocaller. Called three times in one minute according to my Comcast call log. Was blocked each time, because Comcast blocks all callers identified as "Anonymous" which is a good thing since our phone does not ring. Why would anyone try to call 3 times in a minute if they are blocked?

Called me on 5/24/2010 at 5:50PM.I get a computer voice saying that my debit card from some bank (That I didn't have an account with) has been suspended, and to press 1 to activate it. I just hung up, but from reading the reports from other people getting calls from 719-466-x numbers it is supposed to ask you to enter your card number and what not. DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFO! THIS IS A SCAM!

Potential spoofed number. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Reported to FTC and number blocked.

8-6-2008--Apparent phone scam: Caller claims that complainant has won a large sum of money from Publisher's Clearing House and in order to avoid heavy taxes on the winnings he should wire a large sum of money overseas before receiving his winnings.
