I answered on behalf of phone-owner.    She asked for 'first-name', I asked to take a message, she said she was calling for 'Florida State Energy Program', I asked if this was a sales call, she hung up.    At request of phone-owner, I called back, left a message that she not call Mr X again.

A recorded message states it is A LEGAL MATTER. HAHAHA we do not HAVE a single thing LEGAL GOING ON! DUMB ppl

got a phone call from this weird number at 8 am, and all the people i know do not call me that early since they know i do not get up that early.
