had a sms looking us to 'PLEASE CALL'. didnt respond. Looked the no. up by way of search engine & there was not even a region code listed that was 654. i am suspecting a con by way of one of the overseas fraudsters that charges lots of money when you ring their no. do not recognise for sure, however returning a ring to a region code that doesnt exist sure seems scammy to us.
