Unknown caller, rings and no message. Blocking it.

Have received numerous rings and msgs with this number saying these people are with the New Jersey United says Life Insurance Co. The man states her name was Joseph & she was the 'Medical Examiner' for the firm. she bothers to leave a different number than the Calling-ID number (704-491-6142) & she wants me to set up a appt for my medical exam. How strange was that?

Pre-recorded but tries to sound as though it's not. "Valerie" claims to be calling about a request you supposedly filled out for cheaper car insurance. Not answering does not good, answering and hanging up does no good, the annoying scumbag scammer just keeps on calling.
