This call comes in at 4:15 PM from Romeo Michigan. No message, when calling this number, phone rings once and then the call is disconnected.

person calling says that these people are phoning to collect money on a mobile telephone bill. person calling wont provide mobile telephone firm name. we dont have a outstanding mobile telephone bill. not exactly sure how caller/company obtained our work no. requested us to ring back 877 250 7416

Who calls from a number not in service?
