Text Message received that reads: "It's Free to Save! If you would like to receive up to 15 Percent discount off your Gas & Electric bills? Reply "LOWER" Reply "STOP" to opt out" No sign that this is associated with BGE, so no apparent reason to trust.

Called, left message asking for [Name removed] said his name was Rick Johnson said it was about the doctor (which one?) and 'maybe we can work something out'.Phone number 907-272-8922Is this guy a scam?

Caller shows from Apex, NC. Indian voice, very hard to understand with a lot of noise in the background asking for a Nicholas.
