Multiple text messages from this number, first asking for 'Bradley' then stating they changed their number, then suggesting they needed help due to car trouble, then a 'You off' text--All within 15 mins today--pretty strange

I received a call from a number in my city when I called it back it said it was the District Clerk's office they said no one has called me we hung up voicemail was left by man trying to talk like a Texan which i can tell he aint left a message for me to call this a date 277 2556 number when I called back I was told very rudely that I owed for a payday loan which I do when I refused to verify any of my personal info with him he got very ugly and told me that it would be in my best interest to hire an attorney and told me to have a good day and hung up on me
