Telemarketer selling vacations

i got one text from this number and all it said was..."by the way...miss seeing you around" 9pm on friday 3-25-2011

Is this a legit company?  Offering to sell my timeshare, but sounded like a scam and wanted fee upfront.  When I said I needed to review the contract, he hung up on me.

7 voice mails stating they were a debt collection agency. When I call back to let them know they have the wrong number I always get a mailbox full message

Called and laughing

called today on cell phone offering to lower credit rating.  claimed they got my number from existing business relationship without specification.  when asked to remove my name, they hung up on me.  i reported to do not call registry.
