Unknown ID Caller Unknown

I just received a hangup call from 626-416-9488 (California) a few hours after getting a hangup call from 818-756-7494 (which I already saw is a known unwanted California call number). Both calls were to my cell phone so I did not get a Caller I.D. name. Anyone know who this is? Or has anyone else received this call?
