Millions Call

I've received 3 calls today. About every 5 hours. First 2 times, no message. Third time voicemail claiming it was BCBS and requesting I call 866-355-0116 to 'update their records'. Also left a website address. Request I leave my Blue Cross number.

Advertisements and adds why do I get there text

I looked it up and unless I pay on some sites I can't get any more info but ti said it was a landline. On anywho.com where I used to get the best results it said no information. Well I blocked my number and called it. Someone answered, said "hello" three times and I hung up. It's definately not a business. I think it's probaly someone being the idiot or is a drunk with nothing better to do. I suggest everyone block (*67) their number and give him a call .... either hang up or tell him to stop making random calls to people.

Message left Feb 16 at 5:36 .. woman's voice .. somthing about 'can we open the window just a crack .. a little crack would be good' then hang up
