The catch to this is you can call from your phone, but the person in anohetr country who you are trying to reach, has to be on their computer. You can't use Skype Mobile to contact someone else on their cell phone. And, whether the other person has internet access in a foreign country is iffy. When my daughter was going to Austria this past May we thought that each of us having Skype Mobile was going to be the way we would make calls. Wrong!
