After an unsolicited call 717 235 8575 was reported by a person from Colorado

This JERK keeps calling about wanting to work on my home.    When I kept saying, "No.    I don't need it." he used obscene language.    I guess because this LOSER can't find a legitimate job, he hides behind the 'phone and insults people.    He should buy some rock salt and pound it where the sun don't shine!

I just got a call from the same number I didn't answer either as it said name not available, I am on the do not call list too. What if anything can be doen about these calls?
