got 1 text about help with mortgage. don't have a mortgage and resent them incurring a charge to me on my cell. How did they get my number? I don't want these messages and can.t afford the charges. This is unethical and if not unlawful, it should be. I am on No Call lists.

This no. rang us about six times at 1:54 a. m. & the two times we picked up exactly what seems to be a man only continued on repeating exactly what everything we said. this is freaky. .

It is a bank trying a scam. We don't have an account at Farmers - Bank. At 1:30 in the morning I was not sure of the middle name until I googled the number.  A local board says many people in my area were scared awake by this and other numbers trying to scam them. Can anything be done?
