Some recorded message saying it's urgent I call them about a card. But at end of call states time is short on low interest rates for card. Message starts out as if to make you worried there is a problem with a card of yours, then at end of message its a sales call. Strange coming from a local number that's only a few digets from mine and mines a cell phone.

received a call from 516-881-1643.  There was no way to opt out via the recorded message.  When i pressed 9 to speak with someone to find out what company was contacting me and to remove my name, they promptly hung up on me.  DO NOT answer these calls, they are SPAM for your phone.
