Millions Call

Weird call. One long ring with a beep at the end. Oddly, after the call my landline battery is completely drained.

I receive several calls a day from this person. I answered once and got no reply. When I try and call back with my cell # blocked the call cant go throught.

It was Comcast. The lady keeps talking while I wanted to hang up the phone.

877-218-5188 is the toll free number that called me. I tried a reverse search on it in several directories and apparently there is no such number in any of them. 'Thelma', the 'Social Services Coordinator' who called, seemed to know a few things things about me (such as the name of my health care company), but other things --- which I believe she rightly SHOULD have known if she was who she said she was -- she hadn't a clue about. Since background noise and chatter sounded suspiciously like a 'boiler room', I balked when she asked me to verify my address and date of birth. Anybody know what this is about?
