i have gotten a call from this number and i want to know who it is

SIN scam call threatens legal action

I am from Canada and this number has been used as a contact Fax # in a scheme to defraud people that have made a proposed purchase through EBAY and KIJIJI. I have been defrauded out of $5200. Canadian and am trying to trace the originators of this group. The names used in the email contact are Martin White and Bill Gemmy.

I received a call from a Lisa Rose. She is calling from some law office. She has a VERY New York accent. She left a message stating their is a legal law suit pending against us. I didn'[t think bill collectors were allowed to leave a message like that. I tried to call back and get more info but it went straight to her voice mail.

i have no clue who called me but they were asking for my ex i told them he didnt live here anymore and the called again 2 days later i told my ex about it and he called the number back and it said it could not be completed as dialed.
