I receied a check for $4880 and also telling me I won $2985.0 yes that is thousand,to be paid by western union or moneygram, but every time I called, the called is not their. is this real? should I CASH THIS CHECK? is this goverment trick?

This was a collection firm. A girl keeps on leaving a scripted msg that is halfway cutoff, however we did catch that he is with a loan collection agency. Halfway through the msg this changes to a guy giving instructions in Spanish, we presume it is info on the nature of the ring.
