I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS/TEXTS FROM THIS NUMBER FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, I KEEP IGNORING THEIR CALLS BUT THEY WILL RANDOMLY TEXT ME AND PRETEND I AM THEIR FRIEND AND SAY THEY ARE WAITING OUTSIDE, ETC. I HAVE ALREADY TEXTED BACK SAYING THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CALL!!! NEED TO BLOCK THIS NUMBER ASAP!

call came to me at 6AM on West Coast – no one should be calling that early. No message left.

all in an oriental language, something with multiple uses of the name "Joe"

Got a text from this number that said HAHA and my name. I sent a text back asking who it was but did not get a response.

A woman claiming as "Answering Service for PCS" called and left a message.

Received call on cell phone. Number looks suspicious. Looked up full number on on-line. Phone is used as a work phone and telemarketers should not have this number, but as we know; there is always a way around it. It is very frustrating.
