Kept calling and I heard noises in the background and the called mumbled unintelligibly.

I called Verizon and asked for this number to be blocked. They ended up having alternate phone numbers in which to continue to call and harass people. Does anyone know how to stop this? It is extremely annoying. They are telling me that they want to come and clean my carpeting for free.
