Calls then hangs up

this number keeps calling my business 440-237-1687. how do i get them to stop??

I let someone use my phone and the person they called want stop playing on my phone

here I go again,. Calling-ID NY NY. ring time 8. 54 AM EST. soon after letting the telephone call four times // no msg ended up leaving

About 3 weeks ago, I started getting SMS msgs for these and similar 'cash' sites. Service thru ATT. They said to forward message to 7726. You then get an immediate ATT response requesting the #. All the msgs I get start with +1763.. or +1425. +1512.. these usually come up on Fri or Mondays.I'm hoping they can snuff this out. I do not reply 'stop' as requested, figuring that confirms a valid ph#.
