It's from 'Get My Online Degree.com'. Some where along the line you may have hit something on a search engine and put your phone number that you were interested in. If you call the number, follow the prompts and you will have your phone number placed on their 'Do Not Call' list.

rang & ended up leaving some msg mumbling as though these people were attempting to skip over info or say enough garb where somebody would believe these people really introducted themselves. it is garbage, or somebody attempting to offer you soemthing. A professional period would pass on a clear msg.
