Received a call from this number as it appeared a local cell number. However, pretty sure my credit card company would NOT call from a cell!!! Also, it is very similar to my own cell number!

This guy keeps calling my number and requesting assistance of some sort.    I dont know how he got hold of my number, but I have had this number call me before.    My voice mail clearly lists my name and not some organization that deals with what he is looking for.
