Same caller trying to sell vacations

The below was sent as a Text message from a 9 digit number shown. 410-000-008. So I've guessed & inserted a 10th digit, being 0 Unable to 'return' via calling the 9 digits shown. I agreed to the one time fee, because it said you had info available on this phone number. I paid the $19.95 and find out you don't have an records on it. That's false advertising.. I want my money back..

this number called me, looked like a local number but I had no idea who it was. Answered it and it played a short jingle sound and then a recorded lady's voice said ' you have been gifted on this conference' and then hung up. I have no idea who that was or what it was, but it sounds like a scam, especially since I called that number back and a recording said the number could not be completed as dialed, even though it was a complete number with area code, hm.
