Receiving multiple hang up calls

I answered with "Hello" once. Heard nothing for 10 seconds. Then I hung up.

This number called looking for someone else. It seems to be a collection company. A lot of background ringing and people talking.

760-688-0706 is a recorded message telling me to call them back about an online business that will blow me away!! What? ummm.I don't want to be blown up!! lol I never call it back, but instead I add it to my contacts and name it S T U P I D S, so I'll know not to answer it next time it calls. LOL

Call came in on Monday 10/14/13 at 8:38pm. Answering machine picked up and caller disconnected. Caller ID had the phone number and the acronym, 'WCS'. Someone on another website said that she called the number and it was Florida State Troopers.
