1 call and I called it back and the voice message said injury claims to be remove from the list press1

I dont know who this is, but they call everyday in the afternoon. Its the same person everytime (a girl) asking for my dad. Every time I tell her hes not here(he works till afternoon or later). This time I asked her who she was and she hung up. Then she called back and asked for my mom, which is strange b/c's shes never done that before.Can anybody tell me who they are? I dont think they are a professional company b/c they ask for people by their first name.
