Same robo call about a suspicious Visa charge at 5am

had the call, the person calling is a woman talking Mandarin with China. most likely a insurance sales or RRPS sales or some thing soI put the phone down

Left msg about file claim and that if I did not respond, claim would be filed in my county. Did not identify who they were. 1st part of msg was garbled. Pretty sure it was a scam.
