Millions Call

I have a car for sale on Craigslist and I got a text from a number '88202', saying "Hi, this is Mike Kelly from Harris Ford (in Lynnwood, WA). We may have a buyer for the vehicle you have listed for sale. Please call me at 888-862-1756 ASAP." I am going to call that dealership this morning and see if there is an employee by that name, since I work for the Lexus dealership 1/2 block down from Harris Ford.

This number called me several times, and told me that I owned some money, and want me to pay the bill but can not tell what's the bill for in detail, and they like to call after hours, like weekend and so on

we got two telephone rings with this no. therefore we rang back & a recorded message states 'this no. has been cut off or was no longer in service'. How can a no. ring our home, however was out of service?
