The automated reply said these people are 'Customer Service' however never ever disclose their real name. . we requested for a callback to get that name to file No ring directory complaint. . Will these people ring back?????????????????????????

I got 2 voice messages on my phone from the number. The female calling stated a name I had not used in over 10 yrs. She sounded as though it was life or death. She " had some paper work with my name come across her desk and I needed to call this office today."
