Called the number, but got recording say it was not a working number.

This gentleman has dementia according to his son. He has one of my ads and calls anywhere from 5 to 15 times a day. He thinks he lives in Port Charlotte and gets upset when I tell him he doesnt. I have asked his son to get him to stop calling. I have told him several times to quit calling me. He says he will quit, but he wont. How can I stop him from harrassing me?

Typical Spam behavior. No message or Voicemail left on my cellphone. Maybe more reports will show up but I have getting many 889 prefix cell calls like this. I think it's an Verizon prefix.
