FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

its a bill collector, I have spoken with them.

This was METLIFE insurance,they rang us soon after we submitted a quote request online.

The FCC has gotten a record of unrequested activity in California coming from (818) 521-6396

Child called and kept bugging me asking what my name was over and over again. When i said you called me and asked what there name was they would not answer and kept asking my name. I told them to knock it off. then they said I cussed at them he was a child and that I was a bad person.
